“It’s easier to fool people, than to convince people they have been fooled” – Mark Twain

This is about Facebook quizzes – clearly, there are those friends of mine that I felt were intelligent peers, yet they are addicted to them, keep rationalizing doing them, posting them, and yet are unresponsive to reasonable explanations how they are falling for scammers, or how they are irresponsibly placing their friends at the same risks (scammers and scam apps harvest friends lists).

Therefore, in the interest of responsibly protecting my friends, I am left with no other choice than to actively UNFOLLOW those that continue to post the results of those apps. I will no longer see any of your postings, and neither will anyone else.

If you feel that you need to argue this point, I ask you to just unfriend me – it would save us both a lot of hassle.

  1. See, perfect illustration – people that I thought were intelligent, are eager to correct my misconception.
